TRUST · TRANSPARENCY · TRANQUILITY

NVOCC & Freight Forwarding · Navi Mumbai
You should always know where your cargo stands. We are a small team on purpose, so the person who quotes your shipment is the person who answers when you call.

01 / The premise
We try to make that easier. A clear quote, a plain explanation of each step, and a named person who owns your shipment from booking through to delivery. Someone who knows the whole journey, and whose phone you have.
Freight is a business of details: a missed cut-off, a wrong HS code, a document that does not match the booking. People who have handled these problems for two decades tend to see them before they happen, and that experience is what goes onto your file.
02 / What we are
NVOCC stands for Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier. We do not own ships. We contract space with shipping lines, consolidate cargo, and deal with you as a single point of accountability.
One team handles booking, documents and follow-up, start to finish.
FCL when you have a full container. LCL when your cargo does not fill one.
We quote the elements of the move, so you can see what you are paying for.
Fewer parties between you and your cargo means fewer places for things to go wrong.
03 / Services
Eight services, covering the ocean leg, the air option, and all the work that happens on the ground in India before and after the vessel.

We follow the cargo through the journey, and when something changes you hear the reason and the revised plan from us while there is still time to act on it.
04 / Where we ship
Out of eleven Indian gateways, with pan-India reach through inland container depots so the handover point can be close to you instead of close to the coast.

Do not see your port? Ask. We will tell you honestly whether we can serve it.
05 / How a shipment moves
You will know what happens next at every stage, and every step has an owner whose name you know.
You share cargo details, origin, destination and timing. We reply with a clear quote that lists everything it covers, and says plainly what it does not.
We confirm space with the carrier and tell you which documents are needed, and by when. Nothing is left for you to discover at cut-off.
Cargo is collected or delivered to the port or CFS, and checked against the booking before it goes any further.
Clearance and loading are completed to the schedule. Documents are reviewed against the booking and the invoice before they are filed.
We follow the cargo through the journey. If something changes, you hear the reason and the revised plan from us while there is still time to act on it.
Destination handling, customs clearance where required, and delivery to the door. The file closes when the cargo is where it was meant to be.
06 / What you can hold us to
We do what we say we will do. If we cannot handle something well, we tell you rather than learn on your cargo.
You see the quote, the steps and the status. Our quote states what is included, and anything outside it is raised before we act, not after.
Fewer surprises, so you can plan your business around your cargo instead of chasing it.
If something goes wrong, you should never have to wonder who to call:+91 99200 54138.
